Refund Policy

Do you want to return or exchange an item? We'll take care of you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return any eligible product free of charge within 30 days of delivery to you. If your items are eligible, you can request:
- A refund via the original method of payment;
- An exchange for another product of the same value;
- A shop credit to purchase something else from our shop .

What items are eligible for a refund or exchange?
Here are the qualifications:
- Discounted or discounted merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
- All items for return and exchange must be in original packaging with tags.
- All merchandise for return and exchange must be in brand new condition, with no signs of use or wear.
- All returns and exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of delivery of the parcel.
